We are exclusive distributors of the Wangen X-UNIT, which finely chops feedstock prior to digestion. In doing this, the risk of fibres wrapping around equipment or forming swim layers, which can hinder digestion, reduces. 

The X-UNIT also reduces the particle size of your AD feedstock resulting in a lower viscosity within the tank to improve mixing and aid the digestion process. Additionally, it increases feedstock surface area to boost biogas yield, leading to a significant increase in biogas potential from the same quantity of feedstock.
