Description

Description
The Eisele close-coupled pump BP is a centrifugal pump in block construction. It is installed dry and optionally vertically or horizontaly. Available are five models with three-phase motors (efficiency class IE3, optionally IE4) from 11 kW to 30 kW. They pump up to 7.200 l / min and achieve pumping heady of up to 25,00 m.

Furnishing:

• Mechanical seal on the motor and medium side in an oil bath
• Snail wings with tear edge

Description
The GTWSB submersible mixers impressively demonstrate their strengths even with viscous media in continuous use in biogas plants. The safety devices of the GTWSI -EX agitator guarantee protection against explosions in the vicinity of flammable gases with increased danger areas, such as fermenters and containers with changing fill levels.

Due to the energy efficiency class IE5 of the GTWSB 206-E drive, the biogas industry, end customers and plant builders in Germany have state subsidies at their disposal, because the submersible motor of the agitator ensures considerable energy savings during operation.

Long Axis Agitator ESR

Description
The long axis agitator ESR 204 features a 15 kW electric motor (authorised for explosion protection zone 2), and with its maximum speed of 100 rpm and a propeller diameter of 140 cm, it provides top thrust and optimal mixing results in biogas plants. With a shaft length of 450 cm, it can be adjusted to diff erent tank sizes. The angle is adjusted either mechanically or hydraulically.
